 |  | | Thank you for stopping in. As a relationship communication specialist, I have spent 18 years teaching adults assertiveness skills for personal and relationship improvement. During that time I cultivated an interest in understanding gender differences in communication and helping others overcome those differences to create healthy, happy relationships. My master's degree allowed me to examine the history of gender differences in schools and informed my current doctoral pursuits researching the gender differences in educators' intervention in students' bullying events. My school board service helped me understand the complicated dynamics of leading and running a school district and balancing law, policy, and practice against passion, drive, and vision.
I offer training modules in improving a variety of communication, including one-on-one, group, and conflict management communication skills.
I offer training and consulting in the intricacies of childhood bullying--physical, relational, and cyber bullying--and see this as my most important work.
